As we continue to follow the COVID-19 virus during this stressful time, we want our customers to know that we are OPEN. However, we must make some changes to maintain the health of our employees, their families, as well as our customers and their loved ones.
We are implementing the following changes;
Truck and equipment sales personnel will be working remotely.
Our data input specialist will be working in the office – but limited to 3 days per week.
Service is open and working their regular schedule – 7-3:30
Parts sales is operational and working a regular schedule.
Our inventory is maintained to meet all of our needs at this present time. That could change, but we are still are able to get all of our necessary parts from our vendors.
The following changes for all scheduled work is as follows:
If you are dropping off a piece of apparatus, we ask that you park it in the rear parking lot, with one person reporting to the service center, and we ask that you would observe ‘social distancing’.
Service Technicians will be disinfecting the door handles, drivers compartment and the pump panels as needed. The truck will then be moved into the shop for service.
For service at your Fire Station, we ask for all personnel to observe ‘social distancing’. We will also be disinfecting door handles, drivers compartment, pump panels and any other part of the truck that is necessary for service.
Break downs and after hours service shall be handled as always .. contact Jim or Kevin and you will be taken care of.
Truck committee meetings, pre-builds and other information, please call John.
Miscellaneous equipment sales and service please call Les.

Please keep in mind that we are all “in this together” and that our personnel are also Fire Commissioners, Fire Chiefs, Line Officers, Firefighters and a few that have retired from active service from within their own community. Thank you for your business and we pray that you and your families stay safe.

Any questions or concerns, please call Jim, anytime.
